Beautiful environment, sub-par rooms

Please read the fine print - the standard room doesn't have air conditioning. I missed this detail when I booked my room and thus was surprised that my room doesn't have air conditioning. Otherwise, the resort is quite pleasant. The resort grounds are very natural and conducive to a relaxing vacation. The staff is generally very friendly. Beautiful and well-positioned infinity pool.
