The staff is helpful.

We were happy to have check in as early as 12:30 since the room was available. We took the dinner at the hotel restaurant which did not provide alcohol drink. But the staff is kind enough to buy the beer for us. After dinner the hotel offered free desert(燈籠果)which was a kind of fruit that taste like cherry. The boss of the hotel was so generous to let me have a pack as gift. They would also offer free shuttle to the airport before 4pm upon your request. All in all I am very satisfied with the stay at Smile Lanna.

Great experience

Great place to stay
Staff is superfriendly. All details being cared off. Service is great. Rooms are very comfortable with all you need in there. You however must like hard beds as they are hard ;-)
