Exceptional!

It was a quick getaway for me and staying at Kata Sea View Villas was the best decision. Everything was perfect about this place. It is a newly constructed property so expect sparkling clean premises. Rooms are spacious enough for a couple with an attached balcony. There is a rooftop restaurant and infinity pool with great views of Kata Beach and the nearby night market. Staff was extremely courteous; special shutout to Berd and his colleague. They've helped me throughout my stay from giving local tips to facilitating motorbike rental. Food was delicious including the free breakfast. There's not a single con about this place, I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for making my stay pleasant. Cheers.

Great and beautiful place

Such a great place, nice sea view over the rooftop with swimming pool. The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Room is clean and quite new. Excellent!!

Very clean and great area, especially for the price!
I had no issues here , the staff was so friendly and all were incredibly helpful! They even got us in early, the beds were a little hard but besides that it was a perfect stay!
