Nearing perfection

This is a great hotel that has just a few nits to get over to be amazing. Pros: Great architecture, lovely rooms, comfy beds, awesome breakfasts, friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, and essential Thai charm. Cons: It is too thinly staffed. No bottle opener in the room. Both odd given the pricey room rates. And our laundry seems to have been forgotten meaning had to wait till 10:30p for it to be delivered. Minor stuff given the overall fantastic experience. Will stay again.
