I think it's ok

It’s long story and i had some problem with my bank card. And i asked to leave my passport at the receptionist counter and pay it when i check out. I thought it was okay since i was supposed to stay there only one night. And they kindly accepted my request and i left my passport at the receptionist counter as well. Tmr morning, when i was checking out i was emailed o my bank and waiting for ther reply. I was just waiting email from my bank, and taking seat at the lobby. Young lady who works there was really fine and after for while she started asking ridiculous questions and started asking why i was having this problem. And she did say she did not understand what really happened to me. She started speaking so loudly to me and i did not feel comfortable with her behavior. She was very nice to other guests, but with me no smile and loud tone, i felt i humilated. Of course i did receive email from my bank in 30 mins after that talk and i paid and got back my passport. She was happy. After i left this place, i stayed this city one more night but i stayed in different hotel. I was not comfortable to coming back this place. But this young lady’s mother was awesome. When i was checking in she was there and accepted my unusual request which is paying for room when i check out. Anyways, people smile and they nice to you. Sometimes this is so hard to believe that smile is real or not real. I felt not real at this hostel. Thanks and sorry.
