Top-of-the-line service

The best service I've ever received from any hotels I've stayed at. The staff was very attentive and thoughtful. They sent me an extra body pillow without me ever asking for one because I was pregnant. My husband and I only wanted a quick getaway after being under a COVID lockdown for weeks and we didn't expect it to feel quite like a real vacation. But it did. We were very impressed by the staff, the food, and the greenery.

Super slow service
I was annoyed that not only was the room late very ready, but they had forgotten to inform us when it eventually became ready, almost two hours after getting to the hotel

I love the vibe of Langsuan Village.
The garden, cafes and restaurant around the hotel are so chic. Dont't forget to check them out.

The best pet-friendly hotel in Bangkok
We stayed at the hotel with our two big dogs and all of us had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean, the staff are helpful and friendly. The facilities are exceptional.
