Super Friendly Hotel

We had 2 rooms, 1 me and my wife, 1 for the boys (aged 15 and 10), the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and everything was functional.
The outstanding thing for me was the friendly staff, always made a fuss of the boys and made them very welcome, to the point of calling their room to ask what they would like for breakfast.
The standard breakfast, fried egg, ham, bacon, sausage, toast, is not the best breakfast you're ever going to have, but you can order from a limited number of Thai dishes instead.
The location is quiet but quite close to the City center. If you have your own transport you can easily reach a 7-11 within 2 minutes, or restaurant within 5 minutes.

Reasonable value
Tucked away in the back streets means it's not so easy to find and needs a car trip to bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms clean, and staff are friendly
