Cockroaches, unfriendly staff, and dirty room.

The staff were unfriendly especially the receptionist lady, she didn't say hello when we walked in and as expected she didn't say thank you when we checked out either. Every time we walked past the counter, she was busy watching YouTube. We found 2 small cockroaches in our room, 1 was crawling inside my toiletries bag. The sink was leaking so we had wet and slippery bathroom for our entire stay. The shower room and balcony were very dirty. The breakfast was simple and okay but was completely cold and again not even single good morning or a smile. For 800 baht a night in a small town like KPP is quite overpriced, you could find somewhere else with the same essentials and perhaps a better service for 400 or 500 baht. If you want to a Horrible stay then I would recommend it if not please stay somewhere else. We didn't bother to complain since the receptionist was so unhelpful and unwelcoming anyway.

A satisfy stay
Big room with good amenities. An elevator would be nice, especially if you have big luggages. Breakfast is a let down though.
