Unpleasant experience

Arrived at 5am and yet had to stand for 30 mins waiting to be checked in because there was no one at the front desk. Then they couldn't find our booking at first, took another 15 mins... then had to wait another 15 for them to clean up the room as they wanted to "upgrade" us. I meant the lady who checked us in was apologetic and all that, but it was a very unpleasant experience nonetheless as that was already 5am when we arrived, we intended to get a quick rest and hence booked a room right by the airport. Could have saved the hassle and went straight to Patong.

Close to the Airport/ New
We arrived late and didn't want to waist money on a large hotel. The staff was nice, the rooms looked new. I would recommend this hotel if you arrived late. I recommend taking the shuttle from the air... อ่านต่อ
