Worst Car Rent Arrangement



We actually enjoy the stay in the hotel. During our check out, the lady suggested the delivery service to the next hotel. We rejected for the first time and her face changed inmediately.
Due to some booking issue, we finally accept their offer. The delivery service (which called David Car rent, under the same group of company) was terrible.

The driver talked about his friend was openning a tour agent. We did not response to him and then he drove us to his friend's store and gave our hotel information to his friend before notifying us. We rejected to get off the car and then his attitude become very poor. And he drove very fast for the remaining voyage.

This experience scares me that the driver could have took us to anywhere he wanted and, in fact, we are paying for a higher rate for the delivery service. It ruined my mood totally.
