Rude night staff, extreme noisy

The location is almost too good - the proximity to the airport runway means you can hear take offs and landings 24/7!
Check in staff were great, night staff were rude when I wanted to use a microwave and borrow a knife.
Clean place, the soap they provide will literally take off your skin though (really cheap stuff)
