The 2 front desk ladies we’re very courteous & Helpful!
The young male Manager was simply not doing his job as he should!
The room and general areas are Unhealthy, dirty....
The bathroom door, mirrored frame are Very deteriorating with ongoing wet moisture Brought it up to the male manager. Response from him was simply NOT acceptable!!!
The owner of the Hotel perhaps is not aware of the run-down hotel !!!!
Never again!!! Terrible

The hotel is old but is budget selection. The water for shower is only warm, not hot.
The staff are good manner,. Location is centre of Muang Loei. 7-11, local market and restaurants are arround.

Ok place to stay
They place gave us the creeps. Much of the hotel is falling apart. The staff is very nice and helpful. It's a plus to be near the open air market next door. Good for one night

Ok hotel, good location, close to market, foodstalls and restaurants. Beds are a tad too soft. Wifi doesn't work in rooms at the end of the hall (too far from router)

为什么网上评价不好？其实不能相信，这间酒店真的不错，里面很大，很干净，位置很好，唯一不好就是隔音不好，晚上隔壁的女的不断叫声影响我入睡
