Great value and good location, clean, comfortable with friendly helpful staff.

From check in to check out this hotel delivered. We asked for a quiet room and we had a very peaceful sleep. The room was clean as were all the common areas. Drinking water provided, good wifi, large shower room with plenty of space for your toiletries. Very comfy bed with fresh white cotton bed linen. Plenty of wardrobe space and shelving. Air con worked well. We locked ourselves out of the room and staff were there to help us promptly with no fuss or embarassment. Location is good with good songthaew connectors to train station, bus terminal, central plaza, the lake, and more. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Dirty, bad location, and in major need of repairs.
