Très déçu par un incident

We have spent 3 nights and reserved 3 rooms in this Hotel and everything was perfect,. Copious and varied breakfast , very nice corner rooms in front of The Chedi, staff very kind.
Sadly we have had a problem.
The safety box in room was too small and we had to leave our niew Macbook Apple in his secure jacket protection beside this safety box.
After our departure on 9th January 2017,
The same evening, checking our luggage, we saw the security jacket open and we found out that somebody had tried to open the computer during our stay at the Chedi and damaged the computer with a stroke on the screen’s side. There were also many fingerprints on the screen.
I bought this computer 1500 € and owned for 1 month only. I was very disappointed also.
We reported this per mail to the Chedi home Hotel, but the hotel management do not recognize their responsibility.
We wanted to point out this disagreement to avoid the same problem to the next customers of this hotel.

do not accept the room in the first floor!

Good small family friendly hotel
Nice clean hotel, many fruits for breakfast, very friendly stuff. The only downside is that shower is not separated from the toilet and water goes everywhere.

Great all around
Only issue was no elevator if needed. Great staff, great food, nice place!

Excellent Breakfast
Everybody says so, and we agree. Fresh fruits & juice/smoothy to die for. Our room was a bit tight and dark, and we will make sure to get a room with better natural light next time.
