pros: the free park and water park definitely made our kids a great stay. the pool inside villa is good, water is clean. cons: staffs are not helpful, washing machine not working, told them twice, the receptionist came and checked, we were told since the engineer already off work, so have to wait til next morning. No body came, no message left during the whole stay. They only do all the basic jobs, but if you have any problems, they are not willing to help. Every staff seemed not happy to work there... We switched to Cassia Phuket after this unpleasant stay, much much better.

Kids park is a great attraction for kids for short stay
Friendly staff, very clean and well equipped villa rooms, nice location for walk around restaurant areas. For anyone with kids around 3-5 years old, this villa worth a short stay.

Great value for money. If only there was a pool for adults. Ideal place for families with kids under 5 years old.

Loved it! Definitely going back.
Great facility. The villas were perfect - clean, up to date, great location, friendly staff. The location was quiet and allowed for total relaxation and enjoyment of Phuket.

The place is good for kid / child, they are happy in there!
This is good will come for next time where my girl at 4! Staff is very nice but the English is poor to communicate!
