Luxurious indulgence in a first class location

For this price level, well above Thailand standards, one would expect a more attentive service (e.g. it was often difficult to get attention when ordering breakfast, or the order was then forgotten); however we can't overall complain. They shoudl make sure that guests arriving on the 11.30 shared speedboat find rooms ready for check-in: all the 6 people on our boat had to wait (inj our cases, for more than 2 hours). The music should be changed from time to time (we've listened to the same CD twice a day for 5 days...). They should do something about the mosquitos at the bar; however, the tables a bit off the bar are the best spot for a drink on the beach. One computer station in the business centre is insufficient (although wifi is provided): if you don't have a wifi tablet, you're likely to wait a long time to have internet access.

Great hotel and location

Fantastic Boutique Hotel
