Great Hotel, but in the middle of nowhere

so me and my significant other decided to stay at the anantara during the full moon festival. it was a great place with amazing villas and very helpful staff. the only negative would be that the resort is on the opposite island of the ferry. we had to take a bungalow to get there but the hotel arranges speedboat pickups to koh samui for baht a person. from the hotel to koh samui you can take the daily 930 and 1130 speedboat for baht for a couple. otherwise, great stay and definitely try the local foods in the village right behind the resort.
