Holiday in Koh Samui

Overall, the experience was okay at this hotel because staff were generally very friendly and helpful. They will greet you almost everywhere you go, even when they were carrying out their duties they would stop and greet you. The welcoming on arrival at hotel lobby was good and staff were very friendly. Room was nicely decorated, and we had a 2 bedroom villas with private pool and small kitchenette for simple food preparation or heating up using a microwave. However, for a resort claiming for 5-star, I would not agree with the rating. Here are several reasons. Universal adapter for UK-type to Thailand (2-pins) are not available throughout the entire resort. Staff were not sure what I was asking for and ended up sending the wrong type of adapters twice (same adapters delivered by different staff) to our rooms. Breakfast selections was a big disappointment and food quality and taste is just average.

Opportunity to be even better
