not happy
i gave this hotel a very bad reveiw this time.i have stayed here on several occasions.i really had always enjoyed here,but this time as i tryed to book the hotel on agoda every time i tryed to pay agoda web site said it was having tecnical difficulties.so after about 20 goes at it i finally got it threw and by doing so many times i did not relize the dates had changed to how it is already set on agoda.i had tryed to book from 23 oct to 27 oct .and when i checked in all seamed fine.then that night after we been in the room for 7 hrs they rang my room and told me my room was cancelled.i went to reception and they said as i had booked the day before 22 oct and i did not show it was treated as a cancellation.but i said why i was i not toilod on check in ??? and then they said if agoda agrees to amend the booking that was ok.so after ringing agoda from thailand to england and how much that cost,they said they had tecnical problems and accepted my reason on why the dates were wrong but the hotel not accept
