Modern facility with much more potential.

The positive things first. The whole hotel was clean and looked well kept.
But the ladies at the front desk couldn't speak english very well and didn't understand our requests. Further they don't work with any kind of taxi service which is unacceptable for a hotel. When we asked for a taxi for the next morning they told us we have to check on our own. They didn't even have a phone number of a taxi company.
The hotel has a restaurant which is open for breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00 and for lunch till 03:00pm but there is NO way to get any kind of food OR drinks after this time so no dinner and no bar which I find is also a no-go for a hotel.
We booked a whole day private trip to 4 islands with a longtail boat which was about 100 dollar for us both. The guide was unfriendly, uninterested and stressed. You could see that he's doing it just for the money!
I would highly appreciate if you change these things.

Great choise for couples
Nice hotel with spacious rooms and nice views. Breakfast is almost the same everyday, but the food is good and you have plenty dishes to choose from. Pool is also good. The hotel is not that close to... อ่านต่อ

Nice hotel near cliff
Location is OK, off the main strip then down a relatively empty road. Staff was accommodating to all our baby related requests and generally friendly. Nice view of cliff from rooms and pool.
