Nice stay, some minor improvements suggested!
It's a very new and modern hotel, rooms have a good size, pool is nice, you get a beautiful view of surrounding mountains. Everything is clean and we found the breakfast was extraordinary. Location is quiet as it's about 400 m from the main street, you can walk to the city center and beach within 10-15 minutes or take the shuttle. We felt comfortable at this hotel, but suggested improvements are:
-they could provide sunshades, so maybe more people can use the pool during the day.
-most of the staff was very nice, but there was not really a "warm" welcome (it was friendly but impersonal) and some of the reception staff has to improve their english skills (when we checked out we were in a hurry as our taxi to the bus station didn't show up in time, but the lady at reception totally got us wrong: Instead of calling another taxi or offering a shuttle by the hotel, she called the public bus station... then she walked away with her phone but didn't come back with a solution or explanation. In the end we had to walk to the main street with all our luggage to call a taxi...).
