A perfect hotel for a perfect place

I have stayed with Andaman Pearl Resort for 4nights. This is a perfect place if you want a gateaway as this hotel is located quite far from the beach or aonang shop area. It is located around 800m from the beach area but you can definitely do a slow walk to the beach as you will pass by hundreds of shops but the great news is, they offer a free shuttle to and fro (5times a day).
The great thing about the hotel is their staff. Very friendly and always attentive and helpful. We have asked like thousands of questions and not even once I receive a No or Cannot as an answer. Everyone smiles all the time. I dont think I can get these type of service with the price I paid anywhere else. Trust me, I used to be a hotelier myself and I know how hard it is to always be Mr.Google and provide answers to every questions
They can arrange for all the tours and whereabouts in Krabi. The good thing is you can always pay to the hotel for all the transportation and tour package so you dont have to worry on cash as you can always use credit card.
The hotel even gave us a complimentary cake when we actually ordered a cake for my sister's birthday.
I can see many were stating that the buffet variety is not that many and I have to agree with them. However, the choices are okay as they offer different variety each day.
The room is also cleaned everyday and I dont have to remind them or put the sign on in order to get this done.
The view is also very beautiful as the hotel is facing the mountain and it is really an eye candy.
Again I would like to thank all the staff especially the receptionists who were simply great throughout our stay.
Will definitely give a positive word of mouth and recommend strongly to others who prioritize service over others
