ข้อเสีย - ไม่ติดหาด ไม่มีที่จอดรถ ต้องจอดริมถนน ทางเข้าเดินเข้าไปในซอยเล็กๆ บริเวณรีสอทเล็กมากมาย สระว่ายน้ำมินิสุดๆ ห้องติดๆกันดูแออัด ไม่เหมาะกับไปเป็นครอบครัวมีผู้สูงอายุ และเด็กเท่าไหร่
ข้อดี- ขนาดในห้องพักกว้างดี มีเตียงโซฟาเบดเผื่อคนมาเกิน 2 พนักงานสนทนาปราศัยดี และ มี 7-11 ด้านหน้า เหมาะกับมากับเพื่อนฝูงวัยรุ่น
