Helpful staff, nice place

Facilities were not as good as expected based on description. No water boiler or hair dryer in rooms. Bare bones facility, but the staff were wonderful and it's next to many restaurants. They do actually serve a simple breakfast. Hard to get a taxi but the front desk will call one for you. My room had a wonderful view of the river and was quiet.

bad staff
the staff are not customer friendly. they don't inform you that you have to book housekeeping the day before.. we dont recommend this place.

Best in Pathumthani
If you prefer hard/firm beds, then you might want to give PPloen a miss. Breakfast was either a bowl of porridge or toast with 3-in-1 coffee...

Possibly the best in Pathum Thani
Just ask for a room not facing the main road as there are pubs that open very late.

Great little place
Good easy clean hotel with friendly staff stayed here for the hospital just up the road ..perfect !

Great place
the room is big compare to the price. there are so many resteraunt near the apartment. however, the breakfast was not that good
