Clean hotel with friendly staff

Pros - clean, room is big - simple free breakfast provided daily - friendly & helpful staff
Cons - not close to 7-11 (probably need 5 to 10mins walk) - booked 3 rooms- one of the room air-cond not functioning, staff trying to help, ended up provided a portable fan instead of switching room which is fairly disappointed
**misleading information provided in site, it's a non smoking hotel
