So so so disappointed
We stayed here last year and we thought it would be a good bet again. Oooh were we wrong. We arrived and were informed that the pool and all other facilities were not working (only 15 mins after checkin did they send an update saying the pool was not available during our stay). The AC didn’t work, the floor that we stayed on appeared to be under construction as well..tiles all missing. TV only had 4 channels all of which were fuzzy and the internet (wifi) is non-existent. The staff seemed very confused that we weren’t happy with the fact that NOTHING worked. And apparently the steam room has been “under repair” for the last 2 years as it was the same last year. We ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel. Will never stay here again. The first time was a toss up considering the pool was amazing and there are some good restaurants around. But this time there was nothing to offer and the fact that they decided to send out an email concerning that all the facilities were down after we complained and left was the final straw. Don’t stay here...its not worth it.
