Bed Bugs

Bed bugs were on our economy room mattress; large adult body in the mattress seam. A large blood stain next to it. Further down the mattress there were clusters of black stains and sheddings.
We found this after checking the mattress before bed, at about 8:45pm. We told the front desk who were about to close at 9:00. They manager told us we could get a refund, which we got, and that she would inform the owner of the situation. We were then rushed out onto the street in an unfamiliar city and country in the dark, where we had to walk 20 min with our luggage on abandoned streets to get to another hotel we had just booked while the manager was impatiently waiting.
We requested help getting to the new hotel, but were given none. I had hoped to get some sort of apology or acknowledgement from the owner (or thank you for informing them of the infestation), but received none. I later wrote them a message to that extent, but received no reply.

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel !! The people so good ! 非常棒的酒店，员工超级的好，我很晚才到酒店，她们一直帮我留着门.. 房间的卫生打扫的很干净，感觉跟自己的家一样，我很喜欢！下次去大城，仍住他们家😊

超级享受这里的时间，只有一个晚上。但是感觉住在这里能感觉到大城的历史，房间全木屋，本地特色浓郁。房间干净，远超照片看到的。我们住的标准房已经很享受了。喜欢早饭里的泰式煎蛋，美味。推荐点这个。如果来这里

大隐隐于市
超级出乎意料的一个酒店。非常漂亮。全木制的房屋光脚踩起来很舒服，屋外的门厅地板都可以光脚走来走去。老板一定是个非常有钱的人，超大的院子，后面还有一栋新建的房子，漂亮的天井长着一棵很大的树。早餐可以选，很好吃。大城的游客不多，这里很漂亮，历史也很悠久，不过感慨的是，随着时间的推移，人民慢慢忘却了往日的繁盛，让这些历史被岁月湮没。老板人很好，热情，帮我们规划路线，推荐去处，叫车。下次如果再来ay... อ่านต่อ
