Disappointed

Location wise was fantastic.Short walk to BTS which connected us to other places easily.Small night market behind the hotel,halal Arab/Lebanese food near hotel.However,I emailed the hotel before I made a booking for 3 rooms,inquiring if this is a halal hotel because we need halal food.They replied me that it was indeed a halal hotel and I book rooms immediately.To my dismay,when I went for breakfast at the hotel,I was surprised to see pork/ham on the breakfast buffet.It puzzles me so I went to the front desk to check and was confirmed that this hotel is not a halal hotel.They served halal food but they shared the same kitchen with non-halal items.I was truly disappointed and upset about being ‘cheated’.I will be writing in a complaint to the hotel about this.

the location is near to BTS.Staff are very friendly and services also very good.the room is clean and comfort to stay.

Location is very good. plenty of food around. Room is big, bed is comfortable.
