Lovely hotel and service with a smile

this is the second time i stayed in this hotel in bangkok. it nevers fails to impress me on check in effeciency and friendliness of staff. especially woth mentining were the concierge staff. for example upon check out , they will call a taxi for you, took down the taxi number and pass it on to you. the ensure the taxi driver put on the meter before the let you board the taxi. i will definitely come back again. this is not to mention its proximity with nana bts station, night entertainment areas, shopping restaurants etc.

Cozy, comfortable and excellent service
We were upgraded to higher category rooms which were very spacious with two huge beds. The hotel staff were very courteous and always ready to help. Hotel is very close( about 3 min. walk) to the sky... อ่านต่อ
