Great staff, showing age a little

I have always enjoyed the Bel Aire Princess. This was my 4th of 5th stay. The staff was exceptionally responsive and freindly. My only concern was that the my friends had to change rooms twice, once because of a smell and the other because of a toilet that backed up. In each case the staff responded well, but it was a problem. It has been a while since my room has been remodeled, so there are nicks in the furniture, etc...
