Very bad experience

I have booked total of 5 rooms with the hotel and it stated the check in time is at 1500hrs. When I arrived at the hotel, I have to wait till 1600hrs to check in for only one room and have to wait till 1630hrs for another twos rooms. The last two rooms I managed to check in only at 2000hrs. Even having a long wait, the rooms were not properly cleaned. The fridges were filled with trash ( food's sticks, recipes and unwanted foods).
The worst part was the staffs were so rude saying that it's their festive season they could do anything about it. I understand that it's festive season and waiting for awhile to check in but not to the extent that to check in at 2000hrs and the rooms weren't cleaned up were totally unacceptable.

The hotel has a great location, outstanding staff and a good balance of restaurants and retail shops. My standard room was a bit small, although it did have a great view. There was mold in the shower... อ่านต่อ
