Recent holiday


Generally, the staff are pleasant and professional. But the hard ware of the hotel needs an upgrade. The hotel lobby and cafe looked dated. I am surprised that a five star hotel does not provide basic stationery like pen, envelop and writing paper. On the first night, the speaker next to our bed was on suddenly for a couple of times in the early morning, disrupted our sleep.

In terms of hotel is very good the bar had over charged without notice anything
