Excellent welcoming and beautiful room. Only comment was that there was utter confusion when we asked if we could have lunch in the executive lounge. Of course the initial answer was, and we ordered our meal, but when we had waited over 20 min, we asked if we at least could have our drinks and where was the lunch...? The staff were confused and did not seem to understand we were waiting for lunch. Soon after that our lunch arrived and some things was missing. But all in all we loved the hotel, the decor and the service.

A mean hotel.
