Bangkok trip.

I feel the staff that were there, had better knowledge, I see mostly new staffs and their knowledge is very limited.
A five star hotel must maintain its standard and the standard is reflected through the performance of staffs, rest is always a part of the package.
Stay could have been better, anyways, you need to improve.
