Attentive, helpful staffs

We stayed for 5 nights at your hotel, we tried the New York steak house this time with a couple of our friends. Food was Fabulous, very quality beef cuts from the world cooked to perfection. I lost my fone on the taxi departing from the hotel and was assisted buy concierge team to find back my fone. A lot of effort and sympathy were shown to help me call taxi company, the driver etc.. I really appreciate your attitude towards guests lost items even though it was not lost at your hotel. At the end didn't get my phone back but once again, thank you to the concierge team for their help.
In overall, a great hotel, clean, nice restaurants and street food is just across the bridge🌞🌞. See you again in February.

Overrated Hotel

Wonderful New Years
