Wonderful service

The Intercontinental Bangkok offers a fantastic location, walking distance to all the great shopping and markets. Our room was a good size and very clean, as usual. The best thing about this very quick stay was the support I received from Kanlaya in concierge, who helped me fix a bad mistake of collecting a wrong bag at the airport. Actually all the staff were very good but Kanlaya's service is the reason the Intercontinental Bangkok keeps its wonderful reputation and why I will stay again next visit.
