Great hotel to stay for relaxation.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful, friendly and Super attentive to our needs, esp the waiters and manager from the Espresso. Superb services provided and we were very pleased.
However, there were certain issues I hope the management could improve and look into it. One set of the tea cup was not cleaned properly. Tea and drinking stain was found. Two; we had switched to DO NOT DISTURB sign when we went out for dinner but when we returned, we discovered that the chambermaid had entered to replenish the drinking water and creamer. Was it normal? Three; on the last night when we were back to our room, and we could smell cigarette smell the moment we stepped in. We tracked and discovered the smell came most from the toilet ( our room was a non smoking room).
Overall, the stay was good and we would go back again the next time. Oh, possible to add more English Channel like HBO, star movies for selection? ;)

Nice Hotel
The hotel is near the Bangkok center, around there all is tourist place, and easy to find the food. The Hotel staff is very nice and friendly. next trip will stay again
