Expected better

We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed about the room and facilities. The rooms are outdated. Not enough electrical sockets and the ones they have are low on floor and difficult to reach. Water pressure in bath was terrible. Also had repairs during our stay and afterwards water was dirty. Mattress wasn't comfortable. Lighting was inadequate. The tiny swimming pool is a complete joke for such a large building. Seating for around 50 people. Parking is not easy and loads of lifts and stairs to get to reception. Initially given the wrong room type and slow check in. But overall staff were nice and friendly but facilities were a real let down for supposedly a 5 star hotel.

nice white concept clean rooms
when you book this hotel ask for white rooms they are perfectly clean .nice ambience.excellent locations high classy bar and dinings are just walk by.. so just book and stay worry free hotel....

The white Room is freaking me out had to request for a swap to the brown room - it's fabulous!
We should have been told about room types when checked-in. It's a bad experience stayed at the White room - my wife felt we were staying in a funeral hall!

Excellent hotel - good value for money
