Ageing hotel but good location

It is an old hotel that was maybe very nice 20 years ago. It mainly caters to the package tours from regional countries and airline crews. The hotel is run down and feels old in every way - the lifts, the rooms, the bathroom. The pool was OK size but not clean. The restaurant kitchen overlooked the pool area, which was odd. Wifi was good. Staff did not speak good English and were not well trained. The location was good and near BTS. Overall, it is too old and run down now. Would not stay again as there are better places.
