Check in was done quite quickly and the receptionist said that there is a promotion for which I had to pay 1000 baths per night and I would be promoted to a better room and the breakfast will be included. Going to the room I found it was almost the same type of a room I stayed last month without extra payment.
I asked for half a days' extension since my flight was at night and that I would pay, the receptionist said the hotel is fully booked but would let me know the next day. The next day the reception told me I could stay till 2.00 p.m as the hotel is fully booked but when I checked with agoda and also in their web page, there were so many rooms available on that day. When I was checking out I pointed out this and said that there are so many rooms available and that I never asked the room free and that I was ready to pay for the half a day. Then they inquired and said there are few rooms but my question was if they have so many rooms empty why thay could not allow me to stay?
