They told me they had booked a room for somebody else because I had not committed yet to keep the room and made me move rooms and now they’re telling me no one’s in my room but they’re going to do maintenance tomorrow and I can’t even use the pool and I have family coming I was going to book another room for my family I’m not happy at all
