Good location

Some minor issues with old facilities like bath tub leaking and sometimes the room wasn't cleaned if we stayed too long (that happens in BKK!). I travelled as a single mom wt a 12 year old and the location is perfect, not to mention the reception staff friendly. Loads of restaurants nearby and also massages, the naughty kinds too. This is in Soi 22 where in the alleys are happy ending massages - but the area is so vibrant and safe, my son was running around by himself to the Family Mart right next door, and 7-11 a few feet away. Will stay here again, value for money. Stone's throw from Asok BTS/MRT and Terminal 21 Shopping Mall, also many, many other facilities,bars, bakeries etc..
