helpful & friendly staff, rooms need updating

Loved the hotel just wish the rooms had been updated. The pool was beautiful and beautifully landscaped but very little room for sun tanning. The concierge were a lifesaver...wouldn't have been able to get around without them. The location was excellent with direct access to the BTS sky train, which is by far a better way to travel than taxi as the traffic is so terrible, it takes twice as long to get where you're going.
