Exceptional housekeeping staff. Front desk staff very responsive and professional.

Pros: very professional and articulate staff. From the front desk staff to housekeeping.
Cons: could not persuade the front desk or reservations to upgrade me even with a low occupancy rate. Even as a return customer and potential future return customer.
