Banyan Tree is an amazing hotel - we were made to feel like very special guests the whole time we stayed there by all the staff - The standard of the staff is outstanding. So many little touches to make us feel like we were valued, we couldn't wait to see each day what lovely touch appeared in our room, fresh lotus flowers, orchids on the bed, gifts of incense - everything was presented in such a pleasing thoughtful way. Our suite was very comfortable and enormous. We were offered the suite after a misunderstanding about extending our booking - and appreciated the gesture immensely.
A truly memorable experience that we will be talking about for years.
