One of the best experiences EVER

The welcome at this hotel was one of the lovely highlights of my life. Being a guest here makes one feel special. There is no doubt that the staff are grateful for you as a guest. They appreciate your business. The effort they go to in order to satisfy ANY need is extraordinary. The attention to detail is AMAZING. The refinements are beautiful. The locaion is excellent. Above & beyond any other hotel stay I have ever had anywhere in Asia, Europe, the USA or Australia!
However the massage at the Spa was very disappointing considering what I expected from the Mandarin Oriental. The service was rushed. The actual therapists were LOVELY though.
The performance from the artisans and dancers at the Thai special Restaurant was incredible and well worth experiencing.
