Very clean and best service

There are many Japanese business guests and I can conclude why. The service of the staff is exceptionally good! I left my APEC card in the room and they could retrieve it and courier to me in Singapore (although I pay for courier charges but the efficiency of their service is awesome!)! The hotel is sparkling clean and they even provide a mist spray in my room. Location is great too!
