Great location also during Songkran Festival

stayed on club level again. great, modern rooms. impeccable service in the club lounge (bee and oil provided first class service to all of us). we went out into the water fights of songkran (due to its central location, the hotel is surrounded by songkran activities), enjoying every bit of it. coming back to the hotel soaked and dirty, the concierge provided large towels at the entrance, and mark winterton, the hotel's general manager, greeted his guests on the front deck where cool drinks and sandwiches were offered all of us water warriors. service quality is just great, and you feel the very specific attention to detail all the way from housekeeping to management. we'll be back.
