Property a bit dated, but excellent service

Noticeably aging building and furnishings. New Samsung TV had very poor speakers and a very dodgy remote control. Missing toiletries. Dinner at the Terrace restaurant was only ok, not great, and certainly not worth the price were it not for the fine riverside location. Otherwise, top-notch service and clean. I'll probably try a different 5-star hotel next time in BKK.

A beautiful hotel but not the best and overpriced
The peninsula is a beauty hotel with very professional and smiling staff. Anyway we think the food in all restaurants were really overpriced. Same for the Spa so we didn't go :( The pool is too small ... อ่านต่อ
