not serve customers from heart

Roboting staff,breakfast nor kuds friendly...all the container are heavy n not easy approach for kids,no staff willing to standby n help.
All the hardwares are good,e.g.food quality,room size.....but software like empathy of staff service,facilities consideration are really lower than standard!nNo communication,the day we checkin,front desk staff said there is no problem for our check out time delay one hr,but when the day we check out,front desk staff phone us to remind us check out time us 12:00.When he knew we are allowed to check out at 1300,he even no apologize for his disturbance,n ridiculously wush me hv a good day to close the conversation.....
Feel so disappointed for Pennisula service,which is so different fr few years ago......

Only one staff appreciate us is the pool lifeguard.....he likes kids n teach my kids how to swim......service from heart!
And I won't recommend other friends to stay especially who travelling with kids....
They ruin our holiday!
